Terms of Service

By using softwareinnovationsllc2.com or purchasing a Care Plan from Software Innovations LLC, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide custom software work and monthly Care Plans (Essential, Growth, and Priority). Plan features, hours, and pricing are shown on the Care Plans page and in your client dashboard. Custom project work is quoted separately.

Billing

Care Plans bill monthly through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file. Failed payments may be retried, then pause dashboard access, and may lead to cancellation after 30 days on hold. You can manage billing from the dashboard or Stripe Customer Portal.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you own or are authorized to maintain the products you enroll. You provide repository and hosting access as described during onboarding. You remain responsible for your content, domains, and third-party accounts.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided professionally, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation of third-party hosts, app stores, or networks. Liability is limited to fees paid for the service period in which a claim arises, to the extent permitted by law.
